Our philosophy is to always use fresh, seasonal and regional products. We cook with a lot of passion and fun. This is reflected on the plates. We always stay down to earth.
We obtain our meat mainly from suppliers in the Eifel who promise animal welfare. The fish, which comes exclusively from Iceland, is fished there sustainably in the wild.
We also make sure to support the local farmers and weekly markets with vegetables, salads and fruit. We source our potatoes and some of our vegetables from the Rommerskirchen potato cult farm.
Handicraft is very important to us, all dishes are freshly prepared by our kitchen team. We do not use additives or flavor enhancers.
